What this service is
RoomieSim is a roommate-compatibility simulator, currently in demo form. Matches, characters and reports are decision aids — not professional advice, and not a substitute for personally vetting a roommate or a lease.
Honesty
The product is built around detecting deception. Using false details, someone else’s ID, or impersonation is prohibited — and defeats the very reason you are here.
Payments
The current demo charges nothing real: the pricing screen illustrates the future model, and upgrade buttons simulate a purchase with no credit card and no charge.
Liability
The service is provided as-is, in demo form. We are not liable for housing decisions, leases or roommate relationships made based on it — the report is an aid; the decision is yours.
Limitation of liability for matches
Verification, matching and the simulation are risk-reduction aids — not a guarantee. The decision to live together, and responsibility for it, belongs to the users alone. RoomieSim is not a party to any lease or roommate agreement.
The simulation — a tool, not a promise
Simulation results, compatibility percentages and reports are model-based estimates of behavioral patterns, not a binding prediction of the future.
Minimum age: 18
The service is intended for ages 18 and up. Age is derived from the birth date on the ID document during verification; anyone under 18 cannot complete verification or use the service.
